Terms of service

ReviewReclaim is a review-monitoring and takedown-filing service operated by Code & State. We monitor your public review profiles and, where a review appears to violate a platform's content policy or to lack a factual basis, we prepare and file a removal request on your behalf.

We do not and cannot guarantee removal. Each platform decides its own removal outcomes, and only reviews that violate a platform policy are eligible. We are not a law firm and nothing in the service is legal advice; for legal claims, consult a licensed attorney.

The subscription is $49 for the first month, then $99 per month. There is no contract and you can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future billing.

The service is provided as is, without warranties, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
